Frontline Worker (FLW) Capacity Strengthening – Health & Nutrition Programs
Program Overview
Under Health on Wheels, Nutrition on Wheels, and district-level health initiatives, Better World Foundation trained 611+ Frontline Workers (ANMs, Sahiyas, Anganwadi Workers) in:
- Growth monitoring (anthropometry)
- IYCF practices
- Anemia detection
- High-risk pregnancy identification
- Nutrition counselling
- Digital tracking & reporting
A 50% rise in the FLW Knowledge Index was achieved, strengthening the local public health delivery system and ensuring sustainability beyond the project duration.
